My stay at Lavender Lodge in Vryburg was a pleasant surprise. Welcomed by the lovely Elsa, who made us feel right at home, we were ushered to a comfortable room with a large, clear TV and a spacious bathroom boasting a luxurious double shower—a personal favorite touch. The owners, Elsa and Corrie, were attentive hosts, keeping the fires burning to ward off the winter chill and ensuring our needs were met, including a delicious breakfast the next morning. While the lodge lacks certain luxury amenities like a VIP check-in or a golf course, the warm hospitality and attention to detail more than make up for it. The Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning provided a comfortable stay, but it's the personal touch and genuine care from the owners that set this lodge apart.Lavender Lodge offers a fantastic balance of luxury and value, making it a wise choice for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts seeking a cozy retreat in Vryburg. I would gladly return for another stay at this charming lodge in the heart of South Africa.
